10.40.10 Fitness - Deer Park

I'm a former D1 athlete that has worked out for 25+ years post college and was looking for a place where I was challenged and coached. I also needed workouts with modifications as I rehab my most recent surgery. The coaches are knowledgeable, firm but motivating, and work WITH you so you become stronger. I feel as though they have embraced my goals as their own.
EVERY workout is a challenge that I would not have done on my own, but now I have a community of people who will hold me accountable and help me be a stronger version of myself. This gym is EVERYTHING I was looking for, but didn't know it until I found it!!

10.40.10 has put me in the best shape without injury. The coaches encourage, guide and inspire you to do your best. The workouts are ever changing and never feels monotonous in any way. It is such a fun environment to workout in and the people are the “cherry on top”. So grateful to have found 10.40.10!

The coaches are knowledgeable about what they are doing and the best at pushing and motivating everyone. The community is one of a kind and nothing beats participating in the hero missions. Everyone I have met at 104010 is humble, happy and fun to be around. Instructors push you but also make sure form is not sacrificed. Also love the programming around functional fitness and strength and not on 1 rep maxs. Alex the owner and his entire staff really have created an awesome community and helps keep me motivated and excited to stay fit and make better choices on diet. Place rocks. My daughters now go and are hooked as well. Also amazed as 104010 continually reinvesting money into the facility (cold plunge,sauna, yoga).
Lastly this is the only fitness community have been a part of that helps you practice being truly grateful daily for the ultimate sacrifices individuals and their families of our armed forces have made for our freedom! #trainamerican #104010
