I have known michelle Phalen personally and professionally. I interviewed 3 decorators for a kitchen refresh. Michelle was the only one who came in with a quote and her contractor. Michelle has great taste, efficient and keeps you in the loop on all orders and time frames. My kitchen was done in 4 weeks. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She is also fun to work with. Highly recommend!!!!

Michelle was a wonderful partner and consultant in choosing our window treatments. My husband and I bought a new construction home with no window treatments, so we were starting from scratch. We had very little knowledge of our options, but Michelle really listened to our needs and style preferences and designed each room perfectly. She was thoughtful of budget, and I never felt like she was upselling us or pushing us. I absolutely love everything we chose together, and we get compliments all the time! We had a couple minor issues with products that she helped us resolve quickly, and I always felt like she really cared about getting it right. I also have to mention our technician/installer James--he did an excellent job measuring and installing, and I am so grateful for his attention to detail and passion! They were a wonderful team, and I would recommend them to anyone considering new window treatments.

We initially hired Michelle to help us select window treatments for every room of our new home, and her patience and the way she treated us through the process was incredible. When we saw the window treatments installed, we were so pleased with her eye for what would look great in our home (along with how wonderful she was through the process) that we knew we had to have her do our interior design. We are now so thankful because Michelle has transformed our new house that we liked into a home that we LOVE. She has done design in our kitchen, great room, breakfast area, and bedrooms, and we continue to work with her on other areas of our home.
