(December 9, 2022, 11:22 am)I ordered a personalized baking pan and shortly after sent a message to change the name on it. I never received a response and a few days later received shipping information. I called to make sure the name was corrected and was assured it was. When I received my package it was with the incorrect name but the a day or two later I received the correct one at no additional charge. This extra special customer service is beyond what I expected and I will continue to use them and refer them to everyone!!! Thank you PC!!!

The detail is amazing and the proof and manufacturing process was so expeditious, very impressive. I HIGHLY recommend this item as well as many items that Personal Creations offers. You won’t be dissapointed!!
