It is a lovely atmosphere. I enjoyed watching the chefs prepare the meal. The delicious food was served quickly and the portions very large. The staff are all very nice.

I will go to this location over Yu’s Schaumburg AND chef Ping AND Twin dragon (the other popular Chinese/Korean restaurants).

They just opened so give them grace while they figure out logistics because this restaurant is PACKED even at 4:30pm.

4 compliments, 1 suggestion:

Compliments
1) the fried rice was seasoned perfectly

2) the Peking noodles (jjajangmyun) had lots of toppings and it tasted rich

3) the Korean style sweet and sour pork (tangsooyuk) was PERFECT amount of sour. Some places has it too sweet, but at Yu’s you taste the tangy sourness.

4) such nice staff!!

Suggestion

1) please bring the food out when it’s hot. The fried rice came out and it was room temperature.

The servers were waiting to bring out the food together, but we would prefer to eat the fried rice while it was hot.

The Best noodle soup and Peking noodle!
Great food and service as usual!
Very happy to have a legendary Chinese restaurant in Wheeling and look forward to having its great foods and services for years to come.

Finally open! Beautiful decoration, open kitchen, fresh vegetables in Kung Poa, authentic fried rice, tasty hot tea, delicious smoothies, and service with a smile!
