Yale The Plumber

Had two burst pipes during the winter storm and Yale was at my house within an hour, explained the fix, and took care of everything within the next hour. Efficient, friendly, professional.

Yale is a great plumber.
We had a leak behind our refrigerator that was leaking into the basement.
He was able to fit us in almost immediately. He came, found the problem, stopped the leak and was able to order the parts and repair it in a timely fashion.
He is reasonably priced and highly professional.
I would highly recommend him.

Yale The Plumber is far and away the best plumber in Chicagoland. His years of expertise, coupled with his sincere professionalism and natural empathy make for an amazing experience. Yale and his team talked me through my issue, arrived on time and didn't leave until the job was complete. My wife and I wish we could give him 10 stars! I never leave reviews, but I couldn’t not for our experience! Yale was unbelievable. I’m always weary of hiring companies for tasks that I know nothing about. I have been taken advantage of in the pat. From the minute Hale entered our house, he was warm and trustworthy. After spending 30+ minutes with us, not only was he able to find the source of our problem; but advised us to wait on fixing it to avoid unnecessary charges. Mind blown. When we do have to fix it, in a year from now or so, we will definitely have Yale back out to do the job! Highly recommend!!!

Yale was awesome. We had our kitchen sink clogged just before thanksgiving dinner. We called a few 24/7 services to no avail. I called Yale the next morning based off the reviews and confirmed they are 100% fact. Yale is a pro, first came in to inspect and then said he wanted to try plunging the sink first (way better plunger than I had and tried, even shared I can get it on Amazon for $30 which I have bought since) before pouring chemicals that would cost extra. He was right the first time and cleared it. I will be using Yale going forward, he left a great impression not only with his knowledge, but his honesty which is few and far between. Yale is the guy for your next job!
