Woodview Apartments

Management, Alvin, Amanda & Chad (Mr. Maintenance!), have all been very welcoming, friendly and helpful with all aspects of moving-in. The building is gorgeous, appears to be safe & hosts social activities for its tenants which sound fun. Management also appears to be reasonable and flexible, while working within the fluctuating real estate market. The unit I selected is spacious, clean and easily accessible. The community of dogs is breathtaking and I can't wait to be able to jump in the pool!

I have lived at Woodview just over a month and I love everything about this community. It is a beautiful place that is kept in pristine condition. Aldin has helped me tremendously with the whole process. I needed a place to move into ASAP and Aldin made sure I got my keys the same day I applied, he helped me set up all the accounts needed for move in. The whole management team here at Woodview is amazing, Amanda and Alvin address any questions I might have. Overall my experience has been wonderful and I would highly recommend living here at Woodview.

Just moved to Woodview Apartments and I just have to say this place is AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! From submitting the application, signing the contract to actually moving in, the staff here are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! The apartment is clean and beautiful, and the amenities are fantastic!!!!

I moved from out of state to Illinois so it was hard for me to actually fly here to do an apartment tour. However, because Alvin was so helpful and provided me with all the necessary information of the apartment I was looking for, I didn't think it was necessary for me to fly to Illinois to check out the apartment so then I signed the contract. Turns out, the apartment is exactly the same as the information that Alvin provided me with and what is shown on their website, and EVEN BETTER!
On the day of move-in, Sophia, was so friendly and welcoming. She helped me with so many things and answered all the questions I had!
To this date, Sophia, Alvin, and Aldin would greet me with smiles whenever I meet them and check in on me to make sure everything is good with my apartment!!! They would answer any questions that I might have. They are all so friendly and so nice that I can speak from my heart that they really make me feel like I am home, especially for someone who just moved from out-of-state and doesn't know anybody here.

If you are looking for an apartment in this area, I can assure you THIS IS THE PLACE YOU NEED TO MOVE TO. Woodview Apartments is just so wonderful, not only the apartment itself but also the staff and management. It is just amazing and you will NOT regret!!!

I have no complaints other than the fact that they are a little pricey for $1,300-1,500 a month for a studio. The management team (Alvin) was great when he was showing me around and he still often times will say hi to me by name in the common areas! The apartments have balconies and large spacious bathrooms, up to date appliances. You also get a car wash station, dog park, pool, awesome full gym with weights, secure package room, covered garage(75$ Extra), small movie theatre, dog wash room and recreation room! It’s like staying at a dog friendly hotel full time… worth the extra $.

I lived here at Woodview Apartments for the last 2 years in a 3rd floor apartment. I have had a great experience with the staff, management, and community!

When I first moved in, the staff was kind, friendly, and attentive to my needs, making moving around the building with a truck load of furniture smooth, easy, and efficient. The apartment was nice and if I ever had any issues, I made a service request through their app and I always got the help I needed.

The community and amenities are GREAT! I love that the building is dog friendly, and I never had a bad experience socializing with any neighbors whether it be in passing in the hallway, down in the main area, or during a cool mini social events hosted by the building.

I just recently moved out, and the management (Alvin) was top notch in helping with an easy transition as I moved out. Clear and precise for what to expect, and what needed to be done on my end. He even helped reach out to the management of another apartment I was going to move in to, with my renters verification that they needed for me get approved.

All in all, in my personal experience, I enjoyed living here and if my life were to bring me back to the Deerfield area, I would choose to live here again!
