Woodforest National Bank

Melissa was so helpful.She helped my husband and I change from our Kentucky bank to Woodforest National..She told us step by step how to transfer our direct deposit from old bank to here and explained all the fees and policies..
I've searched months trying to find the right bank since we moved to Illinois and so happy to have found Melissa and the very informative teller.(sorry I didn't catch her name..

This is definitely one of the better banks I've ever been with. Their policies are fair, I think, and they do offer a variety of options to suit just about anybody, but what really sells it are the people employed there. Everyone (and I do mean everyone) is incredibly helpful; any problems that may arise, they're quick to guide you in taking any steps necessary to fix the issue. And, on top of that, they're just generally friendly and fun to chat with. Honestly, I could rave on and on about them, so I'll just end with this: If you're on the hunt for a bank, or a NEW bank, definitely stop in and check out Woodforest. I guarantee you won't regret it.
