On Wednesday 9/29/21, I placed a call to the non emergency number for Will County Sheriff's Department as I had an issue that I wanted to discuss with a Will County Officer. The dispatcher was very professional, took down all the pertinent information necessary and placed a dispatch call to one of the Officers. Officer Butler arrived shortly thereafter, and assisted greatly with the necessary information that I needed. I wish to thank the dispatcher, along with Officer Butler and in general the Will County Sheriff's Department for their timely response and overall professionalism.

I have had great experience with the Will County Police. And yes, I have received a ticket from them before. But, when I have needed them in my rural area they get there fast. It is nice knowing they protect our community.
