White Castle

It's White Castle. I will say they have the best mozzarella sticks!!! The cheese is melted as it should be. The cheese sticks are better than a lot of sit down restaurants. I also love their strawberry shakes!

The only problem I have is if you don't check your bag, when you get home there might be items missing. Didn't get my 9 piece chicken rings and of course when you try to phone the restaurant no one answers the call. All restaurants should read off what you ordered when they give you the bag.

After completing a White Castle review on March 1, 2023 I received a phone call from Cassidy and she said I can pick up the absent 9 piece chicken rings when I am in the area. Cassidy was extremely kind and professional, While White Castle customer relations department valued my concerns and took steps to make me happy and satisfied. Therefore, I am changing my review to 5 stars because of the great follow-up skills of corporate and restaurant management/staff. Excellent customer service is rare these days and I truly believe if I take time to write a somewhat negative review, I should also take time to write a positive review. Thanks White Castle and Cassidy, I truly appreciate your follow-up and communication skills.

I've had some rough experiences here. But it's the only white castle near me. I went tonight and the staff was very friendly, my order was perfect, and I didn't have to wait 30 minutes for simple cheeseburgers. Hopefully this continues. Thank you
