Fits like a Glove! Made in America. Visit the Factory Store... your personal assistant will walk you through EVERY available option for your vehicle, ESPECIALLY options you never ever knew about within the exact same model year, (yeah, thanks for the confusion Mercedes!!! German engineering sometimes pisses me off. ) Every accessory you could want. And the best part... while waiting, enjoy free scones & cups of fine coffee, lattes, cappuccino, etc. (Psst, Weathertech frowns on taking pictures of the Factory Store; there's even a sign stating so. I could only grab a few while no one was looking.)

FYI: We have Weathertech on 3 vehicles... 2 SUVs & fullsize truck, from 2010 to 2019 model years, Toyota & Mercedes. While not perfect, it's the closest thing to fit and far far better than anything else out there. Was very amazed at how perfectly it fit the Mercedes compared to the Toyotas. Next truck will definitely get not only for the inside but also their new bed liners.

I ordered a mat online. However they put it back after 2 days. So I went inside to repurchase another one. The service was great. The cashier was friendly and helpful. They have a spectacular cafe where they offer warm scones and coffee such as latte, etc. All for free. They even have homemade dog bites for your dog of course. I was definitely impressed with the setup.

I came here over the weekend to buy floor mats and a window shade for my Sprinter. The employees were very nice, there are samples throughout the showroom, and we only had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be fulfilled. They also have a free beverage bar where you can order tea, coffee, etc. while you wait for your order.

We had a wonderful visit to the WeatherTech Factory Store. I recently purchased a new (to me) car over the weekend and with the way the car market is (and really, just the world) these days, I've decided that I really want to take good care of this one and make it last. That meant going all out and spending nearly $400 on floor mats and a cargo area liner.

The vehicle I just bought is not a popular or common car and is a 2014 model, so I wasn't sure if I had to order the mats and then show up once they were made, but when I called to ask, they said to just come in and they'd have everything there.

Being in Chicago, it's nice to be able to just go pick this stuff up in person instead of ordering online, waiting for stuff to be delivered, and hope that porch pirates don't get to my spendy floor mats before I do.

They're pricey for sure, but from everything I've read and everyone I've messaged with on various car enthusiast forums and Facebook groups, everyone swears by their WeatherTech mats. And I also justified it by saying that I'm supporting a local company (which is true).

The folks at the factory store were very nice and since I saw on the website that it's dog-friendly, I decided to bring my dog with me. She got all kinds of treats and pets and I got a mocha coffee and some pastries at the cafe (which was all on the house). It only took about 15-20 minutes for them to locate the mats and put my order together.
