I’d been to at least 4 other furniture stores in the area prior to coming here and it was an immediate right fit for me after walking through the door. The price and quality of furniture are both big wins. Looking forward to doing business with Value City again in the future.

(April 8, 2023, 9:41 pm)I was really upset at the delivery team. The store itself,, was great. The delivery team damaged my property and acted as if they did not care when I spoke to them about it. They pulled down my curtains and walked on them and didn't bother to pick them up, they left hand prints on the unit and inside the fireplace glass AFTER they assembled it and tore my handrail out of the wall, and the fireplace was assembled wrong. The pictures tell it all. Grrrrrrr.

He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, he showed me around the showroom floor, he was very knowledgeable about the products and gave me the best customer service I have ever received. If you come to this location please ask for Mike. You will not be disappointed.
