Turk's Collision Repair

They were extremely amazing to me from start to finish. My car was in an accident and got towed there. They had no idea my car was coming and called to explain it would take a couple of weeks due to not being prepared beforehand for the arrival of my car. I completely understood that and told them to take there time. They were confused though as my car showed up with no plates and called to inform me of that situation. In between all the work they had to do, they also would call me randomly to give me updates on my car and what work was already done. When I had to file a police report due to my plates being stolen before my car got to them. I called them back and explained what was going on and they offered me 2 options. Which was either they could hold onto it for me until I got it figured out or they could tow it back to my home for me. I asked if they could tow it to my house and I would just pay for the tow. Dawn who I was speaking to at the time said there would be no charge for the tow and that she hoped things got better for me. When I tell you this company gave me kindness in a time I needed it most I'm not joking. I greatly appreciate everything they did for me.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Turks. I needed a lift gate replaced and it was taken care of earlier than expected. I also needed tires replaced during the time of repair and they worked with Ewerts automotive to get my tires installed with no problem. I was pleased with the work they performed and how my vehicle was detailed when it was returned. I would definitely recommend Turks Collision Repair to my friends and family.

Turk’s was awesome. They Got my truck in right away and kept me updated multiple times a week letting me know the status of my truck repair. I’ve used them multiple times and have been 100% satisfied every time. 5 stars. 10/10.

We pulled into Turk's after our windshield was blown apart on the interstate. We were shaken up and very on edge, especially since we were 500 mile from home. Jeramy was super great to work with. He helped evaluate the damage and was able to get a replacement ordered for the next day. He coordinated getting us and all our luggage driven over to a nearby hotel and was able to get us on the road by the next day. While I don't plan on being in Minooka any time soon, I can highly recommend Brian and Jeramy at Turk's. They are down to earth, care about their customers, and do great work. I destroyed the whole front end of my car when a deer crossed my path. Turks collision repair not only handled the entire claim with insurance, they made my vehicle look better than new. They return my car extremely fast especially in lieu of the supply chain shortages. They were always kind and professional, answered all of my questions the second I called, met their time frame estimate, and exceeded all expectations in terms of quality work. The paint job truly was better than the day I bought the car new from the dealership. So happy I chose them and if u love your car like I do, I highly recommend them!
