(February 28, 2023, 8:41 am)Diana was really great. She listened to my concerns and made suggestions without pressuring me. She seemed to really try to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. My treatment went well with no issues and I love my results! She even showed me around the rest of the spa after my treatment. I will definitely be returning! The spa itself is very nice and aesthetically pleasing. 5 stars!

Even after about a year of me using black box dye, she found a way to make it work. With the pricing, customer service, and professionalism I was serviced with, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
