I'd like to give these folks some appreciation. I pushed and pushed for my unit to get delivered and they made an extremely high effort to accommodate me even at the last minute with whatever they could. Josh in the service department and his team had much consideration. despite the mission failed, I thank these guys for really trying.

Good service after the sale. I withheld judgement to see how we were treated after they already had our money. They took care of our warranty work very well. I would send Friend here.

Just want to say what a great experience we had getting our first travel trailer from here.

We had been looking for a camping travel trailer for sometime. When we stopped in, we were greeted warmly by Laura.

Laura walked the family through the lot of trailers answering our questions and showing us the options of each trailer. Two days later we had chosen the Puma bunkhouse. Can't say enough about how well she took care of us.

When we picked it up, Randy, our tech, walked us (inside and out) through everything, carefully explained and answered our questions. While Randy was finishing up the prep we went into the sales retail area and Terry walked us through the must haves and a few things that we might also like to start off with.

When Randy had finished we did a final walk around and safety check then he got me on my way.

Let me say, EVERYONE we encountered here was friendly and so very helpful. FANTASTIC focus on customer service and satisfaction.

We recently purchased a Shadow Cruiser 200RDS from Timber View RV Center in Frankfort, IL. From start to finish our experience was overwhelmingly positive!
The 200RDS best meets our camper requirements. It includes a front ‘bedroom’ with a walk around queen-sized bed, an efficient bathroom with large shower, and a slide that provides ample living space at the rear of the trailer. These are delivered, with other typical RV amenities, in less than 25 feet and under 5000 pounds.
The 200RDS, and similar units by MPG and Forest River, have been discontinued, however, because the rear slide is not very popular. They are hard to find! We located a 200RDS in Wisconsin with very good pricing, even considering the cost to drive from Florida to take delivery.
We discovered that unit did not have a critical feature, and upon further searching, we determined Timber View RV had what we were looking for. We sent the purchase price information to Timber View and they matched the Wisconsin dealer price! Our salesman Dan quickly answered questions and sent photos. Within hours we signed a purchase agreement and sent a deposit.
Timber View was willing to hold the unit a couple weeks so we could arrange for pick up.
We arrived at 10 am on a VERY cold March morning to complete the purchase. Our unit was already serviced. A technician assisted with our detailed inspection, showed us how everything worked and answered our questions. The camper ‘passed’ our 10-page checklist with flying colors!
Tom took care of the purchase paperwork. There were no surprises – everything was exactly as indicated on the purchase agreement and the process was very relaxed with no sales pressure. The purchase formalities, such as sales tax, registration, tax and warranty were quickly taken care of.
we were on the road by 2 pm once the final prep of the unit, adjustment of our hitch and installation of a sway bar were completed!
We drove nearly 1200 miles each way and spent several nights on the road to make this purchase. Although there are a lot of risks with a remote purchase, this experience was excellent.
This reflects Timber View’s honest sales process, responsive communications, thorough pre-arrival preparation of the camper and paperwork, and attention to our needs once we arrived. Everyone at Timber View was professional, competent and personable!
