I was so impressed by how detailed and professional Phillip was when he came out to clean and service my 2 gas fireplaces. Very reasonably prices as well I thought. I would highly recommend!

My wife and I recently had the Stove Shop come by to assess and repair our fireplace. Phillip provided an in-depth explanation of the problems with our outdated gas fireplace. He offered a number of options on how to fix it or replace it with a more efficient fireplace. Terry helped us contract for the new fireplace and provided reasonable pricing to completely replace our fireplace. They were able to install it on-time, within their estimated deadlines. We are overjoyed with our new fireplace. We highly recommend this local, family owned business.

Can't say enough about the customer service they provided, see the picture for yourself. I can't believe the bad reviews because Terry and Mike went above and beyond, as a matter of fact, Mike came out three times because of issues on my part and never charged me extra. If you want quality work, call them!!!

I called The Stove Shop, they came out the next day and evaluated the problem with my Heat-N-Glo fireplace. Phil ordered the part and within a week the part came in, Phil came out and installed the new part. Works nicely now. Great job....I highly recommend The Stove Shop!!
