We really enjoy living at The Otis. We get plenty use out of the gym and rooftop lounge. Jane Addams Recreation Center is across the street and it's right between Taylor Street and 18th Street that both have plenty of good restaurants and nightlife. Management has been very helpful whenever we have had issues. Rico and Kyle, who run maintenance, are always timely and friendly.

I love what the new management is doing here at The Otis. Lovely industrial lofts are provided here; the staff is amiable, especially Rico, the maintenance manager who always gets the job done whenever I have a maintenance request.

I’ve been a resident going on 4 years and truly love the look and feel of the property and the apartment units. The building has had its ups and downs over the years, stemming primarily from poor management.

Current management however is top notch; Sterling listens to residents and is getting stuff done in a timely manner. He does a great job of communicating with the community and addressing any ongoing issues or concerns.

Rico, the building maintenance engineer is incredible—always goes above and beyond. No idea where this property would be without him as he’s been the one constant throughout the years. He’s truly an asset to the Otis community!

I have full confidence if given the proper resources and support Sterling and team will soon restore this community to its former glory.
