Robert was on time, easy to talk to. he quickly and accurately assessed and solved the problem. Dependable. when his phone rang he answered and told the caller he was "currently with a client" and to call hm back later. I highly recommend him!!

Robert was very informative and was familiar with several vendors and brands. He knows his stuff and proves it. He solved my home theater issue the first time after I spent over a week trying to get help from the previous installers to no avail. I knew what to expect before he arrived. He explained what he needed to do and took time to explain my options in detail. He got it right. I think he might indeed be the last tech I will need. I'm looking forward to working with him to enhance my system.

Robert is super! We use him for all kinds of technical jobs around @WanderingTreeEstate. He always answers his phone or calls back promptly and never ghosts us (which unfortunately happens with a lot of other contractors).
