The Diamondaire

It was an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. Billy the owner went out of his way to find the perfect Diamond for me. Teddy who I mostly dealt with was absolutely perfect. She was super helpful and kind. You can tell that she’s very experienced and she knows her stuff. Lauren co-owner and wife of Billy was amazing as well. I would never feel the need to ever go elsewhere. They are fair and you can tell that their motto is a happy customer at all times. I truly recommend this store and their team!

Billy fixed my wife's wedding ring and did an amazing job! She was very happy. I have referred a few other friends his way as well who he helped out and they were very happy.

My husband and I were referred to Billy by a friend of my parents. Billy is AMAZING.

For my engagement ring, we looked through Billy's inventory and I found two rings I loved. I told him I liked the top-down view of one ring, and the side view of the other, so he built me a custom ring. It was also very important to me to have a peek-a-boo sapphire in the undercarriage.

We did the same for my wedding band - I found a ring in the store that I liked, but it wasn't quite right, so Billy asked me a series of questions to see how we could make it perfect for me. My set is customized versions of his inventory.

My husband's ring is 100% customized, there is nothing like it in Billy's store. Billy and my husband went back and forth for probably 3 weeks with updates to the design. It's based off of Gimli's helmet from Lord of the Rings, and Billy was excited to help us and make a completely custom, nerdy ring!

We also just went to Billy on 10/11 to have our rings cleaned and my wedding band replated (it was looking a little yellow) and, honestly, we took these rings home looking better than they did they day we bought them.

Our next custom project is a statement piece, a blue sapphire art deco ring! Billy asked me to text him pictures of what I like and I can't wait to see how he makes it mine!

My experience at the Diamondaire was an incredible success. My Fiancee and I went into The Diamondaire with little knowledge on engagement rings. Both Billy and his wife were insightful and thoughtful during our visits. We felt at ease working with Billy, and his dog certainly helped during our decision process. We would highly recommend using the Diamondaire as as a jeweler moving forward.

I live in south Florida & was referred by a friend in the Chicagoland area to the Diamondaire a few years back, for some earrings for a Christmas gift. She still wears & loves them.

I approached Billy last month with a very vague idea & strict budget on what I was looking for in an engagement ring for my now fiancé. I was amazed he even remembered me! After he did a little research on her style & a couple of FaceTime meetings between he & I, he came up with a few different options. We decided on a stone & setting that were a perfect match for each other, and for her as well. We have received nothing but compliments, since she's been wearing it for a little over 10 days now. Most importantly, SHE cannot stop staring at it.
