    Everyone is so friendly and professional. They answered all my questions with no rush. The billing department is amazing and understanding. I highly recommend them

    **Update** A supervisor did address my concerns and helped fix my issues as soon as they found out about my experience. Outside of poor experience with the receptionist and call center, this is a great place and as I said in the original review, all of the people that matter to your treatment are amazing. Thank you for rectifying the situation! I will note that they did also dig into the issue so they could train and fix any issues.
    **Update**

    The doctors are nice and anybody that is in a talent position. That is if you can get past the front office girl. I now have to find a new sleep doctor. It took 8 calls and 4 emails to get ahold of them, but then I showed up for my appointment Late, I was turned away by the girl with an empty office. She didn't even check with the doctor I was supposed to see. No help, I have been having issues with my machine for weeks, and now I have to find a new doc to help.
