The Boat House Chicago is top notch!! Their service team has gone out of its way to always get my boat ready for the water. I am always extremely pleased with their ability to work around my schedule and get things done. They always put the client first!! Highly recommend and thank you Boat House!!!!!

Recently purchased a Godfrey pontoon from The Boat House. Referred by a couple friends to COLT IN SALES. He was awesome!! The whole experience from picking out what we wanted all the way to delivery was top notch!
BRANDON in the finance dept was smooth and made the purchase easy and simple.
COLT has gone above and beyond what was expected and my wife and I appreciate everyone at The Boat House getting us on the water in time for an awesome Memorial Day weekend!!

I can't say enough good things about The Boat House Chicago! Everyone there is like a great friend. The Service/Parts department is second to none, always going out of their way. The advice they give, and the work they do, make for the best possible boating experience!

Colt was great. He showed us everything we needed and gave us all the time we needed to look and make our decision. No hard sell. Brandon was the same at closing, everything explained and no hard sell. They kept our boat for weeks on a lift until we were ready to take it home. Anything I've needed since Colt has got back to me immediately with answers and help. I am confident our relationship will continue like this and would recommend them to anyone looking for a boat they deal with.

I worked with Colt and Brandon. From start to finish, my experience was extremely positive. The team here has great communication and makes the process smooth and easy. There was small error on my paperwork that I may have never noticed but they took the initiative to let me know, we redid the paperwork and it saved me a good amount of money in the end. In my opinion, there is no substitute for honesty, so I really respect the way they do business.
