This is a big target. I come here to waste time while my car is at the Mazda dealership that’s close-by. It has an Ulta, Starbucks and a Snack bar inside. There are restrooms as well. Clean and organized well. Good staff as well. This time ended up getting a lot of planters.

At a time when good service at big box stores is rare, I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received. Missing items from a pick up order, frustration with the online resolution options, having to go to the store guest service counter to sort it out…all are things I wish hadn’t happened. I did not have high expectations, however, my issue was handled by Josiah, a manager, who not only apologized for the mistake, he shopped my missing items, himself, thanked me for my patience, and gave me a discount on my order for my inconvenience. I have to say, I was not expecting to leave Target feeling better about the situation…but I definitely did!This is what good customer service looks like. Thank you, Josiah. Thank you Target.

I always go in store or order pickup from this Target. They have the best employees who greets you at the time you enter in the store. And help you right away unlike the one at the Peterson they have rude stuff the lady at the return counter said I should go back to Evanston’s target because I bought something from target on Evanston and changed my mind on the same day and wanted to return it at one the Peterson 2112 w Peterson Chicago Il 60659.
