The trainers were very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and they truly cared about helping me reach my goals. I came in with a lot of doubts and concerns about personal training as I haven't trained in 10+ years, but they were able to create a customized training plan that was perfect for my needs and schedule. But what really sets this training company apart is the sense of community they create. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging, and it really feels like a family. Honestly not only did I see a significant improvement in my athletic performance, but I also gained so much confidence and motivation to keep pushing myself. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their athletic abilities.

(February 7, 2023, 12:32 pm)The facility is great, there are plenty of squat racks and all the equipment is new and works well. The turf field is amazing to have to work on all types of drills, and along with the helpful coaching it makes for a very productive workout.

His passion for his work is evident - he truly cares about his athletes, their performance and growth as individuals. So excited to transition to the new, and much closer, location. The Lake Zurich and surrounding areas are lucky to have such exceptional training available in our community.
