Caring & professional staff very clean I am happy to work with the staff with my loved one

The facility was decent, the staff was attentive to my mother inlaw when she put the call light on. She only there for short term. I feel comfortable with the fact that she's not there for long term. Pleased that upond entry there was NO smell of urine.🤗🙏👍

My mom has been a resident since 2019 I am very happy with the care she has received. The staff there is very dedicated, professional, and all around generally very caring towards the residents. My mom was diagnosed with Altzheimers in 2018 which was a very hard pill to swallow for me. After losing my brother in 2019 who was her primary caregiver I alone with my sister-in-law had to make the decision to get her the help she needed. I am truly GRATEFUL that GOD sent her here.

I am writing on behalf of my father (Jack) who was a recent resident at this facility. The goals were for him to receive dialysis treatment and physical therapy to return safely home after an almost two weeks stay in the hospital. He reports receiving outstanding treatment from the care team. The staff at Symphony been very accommodating, answers all his questions with patience, and have been consistent in their treatment of him. Our family is equally pleased with the care he's received, the kindness and professionalism among many members of the team, and his progress over the past few weeks. While he was committed and dedicated to achieving his treatment goals, it was truly a team effort, and we are extremely grateful for the level of care he received.
