I bought my hearing aids from a different location. I was very pleased with the audiologist who sold me the hearing aids. She moved to Arizona and the other techs were not as accommodating as she had been.

A friend recommended Susan Sacks to me. Susan's evaluation of my hearing was professional. Her interpretation was easy to understand. She made alterations to the plastic anchor and the installed new smaller ear buds. They not only felt more comfortable, they stayed in very well. She told me how to clean and service my hearing aids. Most importantly, I noticed an improvement in my hearing.

I will look forward to working with Susan in the future.

I’ve taken both my Mom and Mother in law to Susan and she is a compassionate wonderful person with her patient’s best interests in mind. She even determined my Mom was eligible for a new pair of hearing aids after some research on her part. Both Moms really love her.

Susan is irreplaceable, a gem professionally and as a person. She helped me resolve a issue with a prior audiology provider about 2 years ago and I really appreciate it. Susan is great. She is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to picking out hearing aids. She also has a wide variety to choose from. My mom 1st started going to her and now I do. I'm trying to get my sister to go.
