(February 14, 2023, 10:23 pm)I showed up to the Romeoville Starbucks around 8pm on 2/14/2023. I had the best experience. In fact, we stopped there for a pup cup for my dogs 3rd birthday and he loves pup cups but we also ordered ourselves both a coffee. I told the woman over the speaker our order and gave her a heads up that I wanted to take a tik tok video of my dog receiving a pup cup for his 3rd birthday and I told her if she wanted I would keep her face out of the video. Your employee who worked the window register was so helpful, polite and kind. I grew up in Romeoville for about 25yrs so as my hometown I'm very proud to say you are my local Starbucks and you have a star 🌟 working for you! She even wrote "happy birthday to your dog" on our cup 🥳

I have since been to this starbucks and the flies are gone and the atmosphere is good.

Great friendly staff but there are always flies buzzing and even it's on the food.
