    Semi Kim is superb! 5 stars! She immensely helped us find the most awesome condominium in Chicago! She was very knowledgeable, hardworking, supportive, considerate, patient, and family-like person. She always helped us out every step of the way and quickly answered our calls and texts in a timely manner. With her valuable insight and point in our condo search, we had a great experience during the process of a condo hunting. She is the best real estate broker we have ever met with. We would very highly recommend her!

    Semi is professional, hard-working and knowledgeable of the real estate industry. She helped me find my dream home located in a desirable neighborhood during a very hot market. We had to act quickly ever step of the way and she did just that. She also sold our previous home which is something I was not hopeful about as we tried to sell twice in the past with no luck. With Semi's help we had an offer in two weeks and were able to be financially strong for the purchase of our new home. She is fluent in both Korean and English and her negotiation skills are excellent. I highly recommend her, she is awesome.

    Semi made it her priority to search and find the perfect house that I was looking for. She goes above and beyond to close the deal. Also, she was easily reachable and was quick to respond to any concerns and questions. She was there to assist step by step through the entire process. I would highly recommend Semi for any home buyers.
