I have never had a bad experience with Shantaile L. She has always provided great customer service and personal attention, even in times of crisis. She has been our insurance agent for over 10 years.

I emailed Shantaile L after business hours yesterday evening to renew my policy. She emailed me this morning and told me she would assist me. She called 15 minutes later, collected my payment information, and told me I would receive the documents via Docu-Sign for my signature. Within minutes, I received them via email and signed all documents as required. Gotta love technology. I didn't even have to move from my seat. Thanks again!!
