(November 21, 2022, 3:26 pm)Dr Brody is the GOAT! Our entire family (of 6!) has been going to him for all our eye care needs for almost 20 years. Recently moved to Florida from Illinois in early 2021…still!! go to him for all our eye care needs. He’s just that good. No one else compares. Great bedside manner. He goes above and beyond for his patients. Knowledgeable, thorough and is just an all around great person.

(October 3, 2022, 11:19 pm)I had an issue with my Xbox series x called Calumet City they weren’t able to help me. They told me to call Hammond because if I needed a replacement they will have it. Called Hammond and the gentleman heard me out and pointed me out to crest wood location that he spoke to the associates and they are aware of myself coming. I walked into crest wood and seen the associate walk to the back and grab my replacement Xbox that had my name on it!!! Both Lorne and Jewell were professional and handled my situation! I felt like this was the best experience I had in a very long time maybe since I was a kid. I’m just happy that I didn’t have to wait weeks for a console and that GameStop kept up their deal as far as the warranty concerns. Very good experience from you guys! Thank you!

(March 28, 2021, 3:47 pm)This is the best location in the area by comparison. Vast selection of games and accessories in every category. Not only has there never been an issue or mishap during any inquiry or purchase over the years but the staff and managers are above the GameStop standard as well. Forgive my mention of Lorne the manager but he sets the bar for the region and the tone for his store. The best customer service as well also customer loyalty and appreciation, it’s obvious to see this location is run well because it radiates to the customer and showcases the fluid business operations. From an old gamer, thanks for appreciating us and keeping the kid in all of us alive.
