Runner's High 'n Tri

Guys ... listen. I just started trying to do a streak for the month of May after not running for three years because of surgeries and other health issues. With 25+ extra pounds and three more trips around the sun, my (so far) five days of running have left me with a super icky knee pain, so I was going to just go to Walgreen's for some kind of knee brace. Having received an email recently from Mark and Pom, I decided instead to go to Runner's High 'n Tri to get some guidance on which type to use. Even though it's been ages since I've been into the store and seen Mark and Pom, they actually remembered me from the fun runs they used to hold! Not only that, but basically at the exact same time, they both saw the issue that is causing my knee pain. It took them like one minute. (It's my shoes, btw.) Anyway, I just want to say that this is the kind of service and care you get from shopping local with Mark and Pom. I'm so glad I went in, got my *actual* issue diagnosed, and are ready to resume my streak! Thanks so much, Mark and Pom!

THE best shoe buying experience I've ever had! Pom was friendly, knowledgeable and patient as she worked with me to find the best pair of shoes to fit me and my custom orthotics. She showed me a different way to lace them to make my feet more comfortable. From now on, I won't be shopping for shoes anywhere else.

Pom is amazing and so helpful! I had a total knee replacement 5 weeks ago and stopped in on my orthopedic surgeon's recommendation. I have flat feet and wanted to make sure I had the right shoes for rehab. I had a brand new pair of Brooks Glycerine shoes that I bought last year and she watched my gait and decided that all I needed was a good pair of inserts. They made a huge difference in my ability to walk steadily and will most certainly accelerate my recovery!
We were very happy and impressed with her knowledge and friendliness.

Incredible experience today at Runners high n Tri! The owners were very welcoming and upon entering told us to take our time shopping around and to feel free to ask them any questions. I did a foot scan and tried on a few pairs of shoes. The woman helping me was able to tell immediately what shoes would work with my feet right away. I stood up in a pair of shoes and have never felt a pair of shoes fit so well. The shop was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Will return for all shoe purchases in the future, great place, you have to check it out, especially if you are a runner!
