I think some of the reviews are a little unfair. Yes I would say their communication needs some work but they do a good job at a very reasonable price.
Today I had a cut-off valve that needed to be replaced. I called Rose first and was told the office would call me back. After an hour I called 2 more plumbers and one said they could come on Saturday and would be $255. The other called back in 10 minutes and said Monday for $220, I booked that one. Rose called me back in 2 hours and said someone could come out later on at 4:30, I said sure.
Someone showed up at 6 and I got it done that day for $157. I didn't have to wait the 4 days to get it done.
If it's a non emergency and you have time, I would always call them first.
Decided to try this new plumber since my usual plumber had the worst customer service. Rose plumbing answered my call very fast and came to fix the problem. Very polite and very reasonable. I think I have found my new plumber.
