Roscoe is here every two weeks. Our Service Rep is Lenin. He is always very quick, has a big smile on his face and works quickly without interrupting our business. Lenin always stops by my desk and makes sure we have everything we need and that we are satisfied with the service he provides. We have been with Roscoe for about 4 years and everything is as good with them as the day we started. I highly recommend The Roscoe Company!

We have been using Roscoe Company for years. Never any issues with quality or billing. They also have the Best reps!!
Ted Gogliotti handles all our needs with a calm assurance that leaves no doubt the issue is taken care of. (usually a missing shirt that shows up the next week)

Our company has been very pleased with the service from Roscoe. Our delivery driver, Ted, is polite, efficient, reliable and friendly! Our items are returned clean and odor-free. The inside representatives are always courteous. Unlike our prior uniform supplier, the pricing from Roscoe has stayed consistent!! The billing department immediately addressed and rectified the one or two issues we've had since we started with Roscoe 3 years ago (MOST NOTABLE BILLING ISSUE? Our bank didn't deliver the online generated payment check. Roscoe billing was SO patient while we attempted to track the delivery). We're extremely happy with the services and professional relationships we've developed with everyone at Roscoe Uniform Services!

My company has gone through a lot of changes within the last few months relating to uniforms. Roscoe has been able to keep up with all my last-minute crazy requests. My on-site and online reps are always available and have worked diligently to keep us organized. I appreciate all their hard work!
