I’ve only had great service, the staff are so friendly, orders are always correct snd 99% of the time it’s a good coffee day ! which is better than any other dunkin i’ve gone to where it’s basically 50/50 chance of good coffee lol. but they are amazing and even if they’re out of an item they offer something else and it’s just impossible to be even a little upset. Every other dunkin needs to learn from this one.
