Troubleshooting a smell with no leak. On time, called before coming, took extra steps to not get the house dirty from work shoes and equipment. Did several diagnostic tests and showed me what he was doing. Javier was very polite and informative!

I’ve used Rescue - and specifically Pete and Noah - multiple times and they are always incredible. Pete knows his stuff and is very sensible in approach to repairs, balancing effort with utility etc. Noah is a class act and very responsive and flexible. 10/10 best plumbers around.

Pete and Noah were amazing! They replaced our water shut off valve in record time and were extremely pleasant to chat with during the experience. They let us know exactly what problems to look out for in the future and even came out on New Years Eve! Five stars, they were awesome!!!!

Pete and Noah came out to scope my main water line and replace a broken garbage disposal. They were able to determine a variety of issues, but gave me multiple options to address them without overselling me on anything. I appreciate the honesty and quick work. The new disposal is great too!

Pete and Noah were both very helpful and professional while installing a new water heater. The installation was efficient and they both did a great job explaining the issue with the old unit and how it needed to be handled. In the event of any future issues, they will be my first call.
