I had a lower back pain that has bothered me for a while. A family friend recommended me to see Dr. Francis. I am glad I did. Dr. Francis is very professional, knowledgeable, patient. He took time to listen, asked questions, explained the treatment plan. Customized exercises, adjustments, and stretches significantly improved my back aches. I was educated on ever exercise and its impact on my body. It has been over a year now since I started my treatment. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I continue seeing Dr. Frances on a regular basis. Dr. Francis and Dr. Gretchen make a wonderful team. They are friendly, kind, take time to explain insurance/payment information. I highly recommend Dr. Francis.

They also offer massages at the clinic which are amazing. Lanita, the masseuse gives one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. If I could give more stars I would.

Dr. Francis and Dr. Gretchen are both wonderful people to talk to during your visit. Some of the most kind, authentic people I've met, as well as being very knowledgeable about their practice. They target treatment towards your individual needs and are overall very helpful. If you're looking for chiropractic services, look no further than renew. They've got you covered. They're also very flexible with scheduling and never make it harder on you. They are very patient!

I enjoy coming to my appointments. Dr. Francis and Dr. Gretchen are friendly and knowledgeable. I started coming to the office with lower back pain and neck stiffness. The stiffness went away after a few sessions. I get adjustments and I am learning exercises to engage my core which is helpful to prevent further injury. I also love that they offer massages and acupuncture.

Dr. Francis and Dr. Gretchen are the best. This is a warm and inviting place with great Doctors. I came in about a year ago with back problems, and needing vestibular therapy for my Ménière’s disease. They have helped me out in so many ways, and are always flexible in getting me in when I have issues. I have done acupuncture and message therapy at this facility and both have been great experiences. I highly recommend others checking this place out, you will not be disappointed.
