Plainfield Dental Care

I have been going to Plainfield Dental Care for many years. I have received Platinum service from the establishment. Stacey who is also one of my favorite dental hygienists there is extremely professional, friendly and polite. Stacey’s attitude is modeled throughout their entire staff. That is why myself along with my family continue to patronize Plainfield Dental Care!

I’m impressed as always with the level of professionalism, patience and overall warm disposition of Staff at Plainfield Dental Center. Dr. Ferdkoff and his team, from the office staff to the dental hygienist, are committed to patient satisfaction. They went out of their way to ensure my concerns were addressed and provided options, so I could make educated decisions regarding my treatment plan. I am totally pleased with the services provided and without reservation highly recommend Plainfield Dental Center.

Their staff is the best- Dentists, assistants, hygienists, as well as front desk staff… they’re all great! I started coming here a few years ago after several years of neglecting routine dental appointments. I needed quite a bit of work done and they were awesome throughout every single appointment. I rarely review any business, but after my appointment this week I felt a review was warranted. I got fitted for a bridge a few weeks ago and came in this week to get it put in. Dr Christine (who is on maternity leave) came in 8 days after having her baby to put my new bridge on! You don’t often find people with that sort of dedication to their careers. They also stand by their warranties. Last year I lost a crown that was recently put on and I paid very little for the replacement due to the warranty policy and how recent the initial crown was put on. Just amazing patient care! I jokingly asked for a warm blanket at one visit and here they come- warm blanket in hand! Lol! Awesome place! I will continue to refer my family and friends here.

Plainfield Dental Care made my experience so nice as a newer patient! Jasmine was so gentle and took great x-rays. Stacie left my teeth feeling so clean and I had no idea I could still have a fluoride treatment as an adult. I was pleased with how kind and informative Dr Sasha Alexanian was with explaining the treatment I will need. I will definitely call to make another appointment.

I’ve been going to Plainfield Dental Care for many and all my experiences have been positive. Stacie is awesome!! She is not only our hygienist but has become a friend. We catch up with what’s going on in our lives every time I come. All the staff is professional, very nice and helpful. Love it here! I highly recommend it.
