Pioneer Tuckpointing & Roofing

We stayed here for three nights last week and we were very comfortable. The room was clean and in good condition, although a little worn. This hotel is under renovation, but we weren’t impacted by that at all. The beds were great and we slept well. We enjoyed the pool although we missed the hot tub, which seems to have been removed. Complimentary breakfasts every morning were very good, with a nice assortment of hot and cold items and good decaf coffee. The staff was very friendly. We will come here again.

I was in a room on the 1st floor and unfortunately I could feel every step from my upstairs neighbors. The breakfast was good. However, the oatmeal was terrible, and the lady attending the breakfast was not that friendly nor happy... maybe not a morning person, uh? The rooms were very clean.
But the highlight and the rock star was a font desk clerk named Taylor...WOW!! She knows how to make you feel at ease and welcome. She's definitely management material. If I ever come back to this hotel, I would do it as long as Taylor is part of the staff.

Saw the bad reviews for this place and was slightly nervous about what I'd be walking into when I booked my room but it was a perfectly fine experience. For the most part, it was sparkly clean. I did find some gross residue on the TV remote that I honestly don't want to know what it was but that was the only cleanliness issue with the entire room. The walls are a little thin as I was able to hear someone's loud shower late in the night but that was the only noise I had heard for the whole stay. The beds were super comfortable and I loved the pillows. I felt safe and secure as the locks worked perfectly. There could have been more/better lighting in the rooms. The lovely young lady checking me in was super professional, polite, understanding, and kind. Wish I had grabbed her name. She checked me in at 3 pm on 2/4/23 and checked me out at noon on 2/5/23. Very lovely employee. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place for a stay on a budget.

Ok so I read all the horrible reviews about this place and I was very hesitant to book it but I did anyway and let me tell you that it is a nice hotel. Family of 6 with a puppy for an overnight stay and was exactly what we needed. Staff was nice and breakfast was ok. Room was nice, spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, nice size room and bathroom. Would recommend replacing pull out couch mattress and room curtains but besides that it was a nice stay. Not noisy or smelly. We enjoyed our stay.
