We didn't want the spiders to crawl on her toys or crib. So, we contacted Klaudia to book an appointment for pest control services. She explained the treatment process thoroughly, and the next day, Brian came over to our place. After the treatment, it's been a few weeks now, and we haven't seen any spiders around! We're extremely satisfied with their service, and I would definitely recommend them!

We opted for a one-time treatment, and it turned out to be a hassle-free experience with no long-term contract. However, I plan to contact them every year before the start of summer to avail their services in the future. Klaudia, the representative, was very accommodating and booking the appointment was a breeze with just a few details. During the treatment, Eric, the technician, did an excellent job with the spray and provided us with all the necessary information.

(September 26, 2022, 12:37 pm)Pest arrest was easy to communicate with and their service tech was professional and thorough. We have a carpenter ant infestation in a few of our trees and they sprayed all of our trees on the property making sure to catch the ants no matter where they travel as well as all around the house and deck. It'll take a couple weeks before I can definitively say whether or not the ants are gone, but if they're not they offer a 60 day guarantee and will come back to finish the job if need be.

(September 17, 2022, 9:46 pm)Overall, had a positive experience living here for 2 years. They raised the rent ~30% in 2022 so I had to move, but it is a nice complex in a great area. Biggest negative is they switched the payment process multiple times and would charge a late fee when the automatic payment glitched due to changes they made. The management office is not very responsive and rarely responds to emails. Grounds and pool are well kept.
