If you are looking for amazing customer service - ask for Jake or Chris! Great ideas! Fantastic follow up! We started working with them after contacting several other cabinet companies that never contacted us back. Our installers are happy with how the shipments come; and the accurate drawings provided!

Pentwater’s customer service is wonderful. We recently bought a new build with their cabinets in the kitchen, and unfortunately the builders left a lot of things that were wonky: doors that didn’t close, drawers that were out of alignment. Pentwater really went out of their way to be helpful. They walked us through adjustments over the phone and sent us instructional videos to help. For the things we couldn’t do, they sent a service tech to our home. Two separate techs came on different days. They were both kind and incredibly neat. They fixed the problems we couldn’t, and this included replacing a few doors. They also touched up cosmetic damage the builder had left behind. Pentwater was willing to do this work free of charge given our situation, which was above and beyond in kindness. Everyone who helped us was so lovely. Thank you, Pentwater team! You made a stressful situation a little easier.

I am a Remodeling Contractor and I have been in business for over 12 years. Throughput my 12 years in business I have worked with many different cabinet companies Two years ago I was referred to Pentwater for cabinets and that’s when I met Ivan. Ivan is one of the best representatives that I’ve ever dealt with. He is on it when it comes to having my drawings on time, his customer service skills are awesome And his determination and reliability are out of this world. It was a pleasure to work with Pentwater. Their customer service was fantastic-we always received a reply within 24 hours of contacting them. They have an excellent lead time, and the cabinets are of great quality at a fabulous price point. Would highly recommend them to family and friends!

We are on our third kitchen remodel with Pentwater Cabinetry in the last year, and I'm so glad we found them!! Their designers are excellent, their cabinets are a great value and look terrific, and the staff in general is very helpful and friendly - from the office personnel to the delivery teams. This is a great company to do business with!
