Pediatric Dentistry of Northbrook and Highland Park

Outstanding first experience with Pediatric Dentistry of Northbrook and Highland Park. Our 5-year old son was very nervous about his first dentist appointment. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone we came in contact with made our son feel at ease and very comfortable. He left very excited about the positive “review” of his teeth and the experience as a whole… 5 Stars!

I have been going to this dentist for years and I have always had a positive experience. All of the dentists and staff are wonderful people and make patients including myself feel comfortable.

I was very pleased with my entire experience at the Crestwood location. Your representative, Raven, was incredibly cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. She made the unwanted purchase of a new phone, which was unfortunately damaged, bearable and logical. Thank you Raven.

Raven Johnson was so helpful and understandable during the visit to the store. I didn’t know anything or if the postpaid account and the difference between that and prepaid and she helped me a tone. She also showed me alot of other useful information about AT&T.

Fit us in right away to treat an accident. Everyone was amazing. Office staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Silver was so great. We’ll be back!

We’ve been patients here for about 5 years. Dr. Egger and all the hygienists are amazing! I have a kiddo on the Autism Spectrum, and he always had issues at the dentist before we joined this practice. He has done so well here! I also have a neurotypical daughter, and they’re great with here as well. We will be patients as long as my kids need a pediatric dentist!

The store and employees definitely made our experience good at this store. We went in to port my number over and add me to my boyfriend's account. We're saving money combining our phone plans and dropping my t- mobile account.

The guy who helped us was so patient and helpful, he himself should receive 5 stars. The problem we had was with the customer care center. He had to call in twice. The first time they said they would call him back, and never did. The second person to help him kept making him repeat everything. Would've been understandable, if he asked him right away, but they're was always significant pauses and then needing to ask for the same information from 3-5 minutes before. Long pause made the rep think he had been hung up on, so we were at the store for over 2 hours.

He finally changed the sim card, but then we had to go to t-mobile to get my phone unlocked, which after going to their store, we found out all we had to do was call customer service for t-mobile and they did that over the phone.

Again, our rep at the store was awesome. Helpful, patient... felt bad for him for trying to do his best but the customer care center definitely dropped the ball on me not being able to give 5 stars. I still have issues with changing service, but don't have the time to go sit at the store and try to get things fixed right now. I'll just have to deal with the stuff until I have time to spend the day at the store again, and that isn't often.

My two year old son saw Dr. Gilbert today and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the entire practice! From the start, everyone was super friendly and talking to my son to make him feel comfortable. The hygienist was so sweet with him and let him pick his own toothbrush and try out the chair he'd be sitting in. Dr. Gilbert was wonderful when looking at his teeth and sang what she was doing (like counting his teeth) to make him comfortable and to distract. We were in and out in no time and my son was happy the entire time (which I was shocked by). He left thrilled because he got to take home a toy car and some stickers. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice and would highly recommend!
