The service here is outstanding! The support I received from the in store rep KC was nothing short of spectacular. I had an billing account error from an order made with Verizon call center rep that she was able to assist with correcting. End result; she made the adjustments with support and I was credited $300 to my account… all in less than 15 minutes!!

This facility was very helpful and accurate with the information they provided to me in regards to my Verizon services. I was very Cautious at first when the Verizon associates inform me it was a authorized dealer because of previous experience I had a another location with authorized dealer but this facility was very patient,kind and made the phone very comprehensive for any body understand and be able to make easy choices I really appreciate the help thanks K.C and Sunny

Where do I start ! Ms. Sunny P literally made my entire day , her excellent customer service skills need to be rewarded ! After changing my number my phone stopped calling out &giving SOS signals . I came into the store w little time and Ms.Sunny saved the day . She immediately knew what to do , she contacted customer service and while assisting me she was multitasking. I thought she was the manager the way she was able to help her coworker who had asked many questions lol while still answering the company’s phone being very attentive to those customers and me as well . That girl was rare and that type of customer service was top notch . I even came back to the store to ask more questions and there she was happy to answer each one . I will be returning just off how well and fast the service was I really appreciate her . Give her a raise please she does her job well . Thank you again Ms. Sunny

Love this place my check engine light was on and it was time for my emission test to get in 60 right away the next day picked up my car passed my test and I even paid $100 less than the actual price

Courteous , fast and friendly . great price. Hands down they beat all there competition. I had my catalytic replaced , i pulled in and 20 minutes later i was pulling out. I highly recommend them.
