(February 13, 2023, 2:34 pm)I would not recommend this place. The experience is OK, Doctors only talk to parents at initial treatment for kids braces. The last day of the final treatment, I waited 1 hr to find out that doctor left, no feedback, next steps, nothing. A gift bag with candies to the kid, that's it.
Update - The doctor followed up with good intentions and agreed that this could be a staff mistake and a mis-communication. He made sure my son's case will be taken into consideration and answer any questions. I suggest to ask questions to the tech/doctor on regular visits. -
