I’ve always kept Northwestern insurance because of my agent, Ruth. She’s excellent! Always friendly and pleasant, but professional, and her customer service is always exceptional!

Anytime we’ve had any problems with our car, or gotten into an accident, she has always kept us updated on how things are progressing.

She’s diligent, hardworking, and I feel cared about as a customer. I highly recommend Northwestern insurance, and especially Ruth as an agent.
