    As a leader for Northgate, it has been my pleasure to witness the major turn-around in this organization over the past 5-years. I have worked for a number of "Best-place-to-work" organizations in the Midwest. At Northgate, over the past 5 years, we have aspired to become one of the very best places to work. Our workers are THE reason we can be competitive against larger medical device companies in the area. Of course, this means we need the right people working for Northgate, and that means we cannot make everyone happy - especially if they do not fit the culture. We regret the negative feedback of the past, but the culture has changed, and we believe this is a place where individuals can join a great team, have fun and develop. I am happy to say that the progress made has made this THE BEST organization I have ever worked for.
