Nelson Ridge Family Dental - Dentist New Lenox

First time at Nelson Ridge Family Dental today. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. If you could ever say that about a dentist visit. Everyone was cool. Dentist was great. Young lady at the desk when I was leaving was very informative & helpful. A place I’d highly recommend.

Absolute BEST dental office you will find! All the Doctors are very educated and dedicated to their profession. You can tell they are all truly passionate about what they do and care about patient satisfaction. As for the assistants and the front desk, they are all VERY FRIENDLY and helpful!!! You are in good hands..and the office is always well maintained and clean!!!! I would recommend this office to anyone I know. Dr.Etchison(the owner) is really hands on and makes sure the office and service being provided is nothing but exceptional!

I've never liked going to the dentist until I started going to Nelson Ridge. Now I love going to the dentist and look forward to my next appt. Best dentist ever! Everyone I have seen here is super friendly and knows their stuff. If you have a fear of dentists or just don't like going I highly recommend giving this office a try!

I had Vitalii for my massage, and it was by far the best deep tissue massage that I’ve ever had! I scheduled more appointments to make sure that I can get him again.

If you need a facial, Nicole, is your girl! I’ve had facials on and off for a few years now, and never really noticed a difference in my skin until I started going to Nicole. Together with her suggestions and monthly visits. My skin is looking amazing.

I’ve only been going to Nelson Ridge for almost 2 years now and I really wish I had switched earlier. I’ve seen a few different hygienists and a couple of the dentists and they are all very nice, helpful and they don’t try to push anything on you. Since I started going there I really haven’t had that “ugh” feeling about going to the dentist. I’m just really impressed with the environment and the people there!

I love getting my facials from Nicole. She will tell me what she is or will be applying at every step, and ask me how I am doing. She is a sweet, caring person. I am happy to have met her.

Lindsay is always a treat to see! She’s the sweetest person and so good at her job. Just the best! I had my first facial with Nicole and will definitely be going back to her. She was fantastic! And Andrea is the best for massages. Super friendly and great at what she does. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally!
