Dr. Sharon Borkowski is a wonderful and caring doctor. She takes her time explaining everything and prepares a treatment plan based on your symptoms and goals. You will never feel rushed or not feel heard. Most doctors today just treat symptoms by putting people on drugs to keep you a patient for life. Dr. Borkowski treats the root cause so you can be healthy and whole. This doctor truly wants you healthy, a refreshing change in a world where most doctors treat you like a number and not a person.

I am so blessed to have found a doctor that cares about getting to the root cause of my symptoms! Dr.Sexton is very personable when presenting his medical knowledge so that anyone can understand what is going on with the body. He actually took the time to explain the body in depth to me, which no other doctor has done at an appointment. Western medical doctors kept saying “nothing was wrong” to me, but Dr. Sexton found I had EBV and different imbalances that needed to be addressed. I took a chance reaching out to Naperville integrated wellness, and it has been so worth it!

This is my week three of following my new eating plan. I have received clear guidelines what I should be eating and why. The doctor gave me options and tips to make it work while working full time and traveling.

I feel more energy, sleep better and feel optimistic this will change my health and my life.

Dr. Borkowski is AMAZING to work with! For years, I have struggled with my allergies, inflammation in the body, weight gain, and my mental health. I was tired, depressed, overweight, and in constant pain from allergies/inflammation that was a normal fact of life for me. Carrying a box of tissues with me was as normal as carrying around my cell phone with me. What I love about Dr. Borkowski is that she took the time to really deep dive into what was making me the way I was through various testings. Instead of prescribing medication, she guided me through a healthy nutritional plan and much needed supplements based off that testing. After just a few months, I am completely off the medications I was on before we started, my body feels renewed (like a weight was lifted off my body), I no longer have to carry a tissue box with me, I'm energetic again and ready to go out and conquer the world! Side bonus, I dropped a ton of weight from eating so healthy and sticking to the plan. She definitely took the time to meet me where I was at in my life and guide me to where I needed to go to be healthy. I got my life back. For this, I am forever grateful.

I called Naperville Integrated Wellness because I had a friend who recommended them. When I called, I spoke with Lisa. She very thoroughly explained the cost. She explained all the policies and the commitment it would take on my part. She did not sugarcoat it. You need to be ready to commit to improving your health. They are with you every step of the way, but they cannot make you stay away from foods you should not eat.
I think she explained it so well to me because she could hear my hesitation. But I was tired of having pain in my joints, issues with my stomach, and my weight, so I decided to give it a go. I had spent plenty of money on weight loss help and natural remedies for the pain to no avail.
Truthfully, the first two days were hard. I was exhausted, but I pushed through.
This has been the best choice I could have made. My pain level is so much better, I rarely have to take any OTC pain medicine. I sleep so much better. I used to toss and turn because I was not comfortable, but that has improved immensely. My cholesterol when I started was 262 which I did not know. When I tested again recently, it is now 153. I have lost 37 pounds and plan to keep going.
I feel encouraged by all the staff when I am there. I usually see Dr, Borkowski and she challenges me and encourages me to succeed.
