Mike has done several electrical jobs for us over the years. He’s very fair and honest. Mike is professional and does quality work. Highly recommend N-Power.

Mike was very responsive when I told him that I needed a light fixture installed as well as an gfci outlet fixed. Mike made plans to come immediately and fixed all of my issues the same day. I would recommend Mike to anyone that is looking for reasonable pricing and accurate estimates. Will be hiring Mike again when needed.

Mike is a fantastic electrician. I waited a bit since we finished the project (February 2021) because I wanted it clear this is not a paid for endorsement, and I did not receive any discount for agreeing to conduct a review. There's also some procrastination at work, too. I don't usually write reviews.

With that out of the way, Mike was brought on for a kitchen remodeling project that grew into adding LED ceiling lights to nearly every room in the house, relocating and installing a projector, and a few other miscellaneous tasks while we were at it. We were extremely happy with the results. Here's what we enjoyed most about this company:

1 - We always received a text message with updates on timing. Running late? Text message. Be there in an hour? Text message.

2 - He understood our needs and gave us honest opinions based on his decades of experience. The house threw a lot of curveballs at us when it came to what we wanted to accomplish, but Mike had solutions for everything. In talking through these ideas, he gave us additional ideas that we had not considered, but we're glad he shared them.

3 - When he had a problem, he worked hard to fix it right away. Our undercabinet lighting required a specific cable to properly install the lights. He was on the horn looking to get it fixed while on the job, ensuring a speedy resolution.

4 - When one of the same undercabinet lights proved to not work properly (as usual, it's the last one after a LONG day of work), he was back with a new unit to replace the other one within a day or two of reporting the problem. This is after we had already paid him for work done, and we frankly were expecting him to prioritize other "paid" work, but instead he focused on us.

5 - Mike took care to ensure we were in agreement with every step of the project. Lighting in rooms were approved by each of us before any cutting occurred.

6 - When I mentioned concern about our main electrical panel labeling (15 year old pencil from the original electrician), together we figured out what each circuit breaker led to and he labeled each with a marker. This is someone who treated this home as if it was his own.

Thanks in part to his efforts, our home received a much-needed update and it's hard to imagine living life before everything was completed!

You won't go wrong hiring Mike for your electrical needs. He did an amazing job replacing my old screw in fuse service panel. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Mike.

Mike is a very nice guy, and he performed all work exactly as we discussed for a great price. I could not be happier with the outcome of my project. He installed two outlets in my finished garage, as well as 3 outlets, and a switched light in my unfinished basement. Will definitely hire again, and highly recommend him.
