I’m absolutely amazed by the kindness I was met with by Candace. I brought in an item that I was hoping to have embroidered (it can’t, but that’s my own fault) and Candace was so kind in explaining things to me (someone who definitely knows nothing about embroidery.) This place could have easily just said no to my request and turn me away, but they took the time to answer questions and even offer helpful suggestions/solutions to my dilemma! I was referred by a friend. Upon my first visit Bill and I talked for a while. I was looking to get some t-shirts screened, but the shop was going to be closed for the Holiday. Instead of Bill accepting the job, he was honest and said he couldn't do the tight window. He impressed me so much that I returned with a major order. The work was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Bill and Candice are good people.

Phenomenal service, communication, and pricing. The product was delivered on time, and I couldn’t be happier with the end results. These guys were helpful and attentive to my project, and gave me insight to improve the presentation of the shirts.
