Awesome surgeon. Down to earth and funny. No complaints.
Dr Monfils is great!!! He’s easy to talk to, so personable not to mention so funny! I was super nervous and by the end of my consultation he made me feel so comfortable. He set up my thyroid biopsy for the next day and made the procedure easier than I thought. I would highly recommend him!!!! He is by far one of the best doctors I’ve met. If I ever need a surgeon again he’s the only one I would go to.
Came in at 9 p.m. to perform an appendectomy and hernia repair on my 97-yr-old mother. He was able to use a spinal for anesthesia, which was a huge help given other medical conditions she has. So far no complications and she is likely to be home in the next day or two. The Kishwaukee staff rave about Dr. Monfils and I completely see why it is warranted. I would highly recommend this surgeon..
