I'm not a gym type of person but now I'm doing exercise on a regular basis. It's fun doing as a group and Marco Soriano was an exceptional trainer.

Friendly atmosphere with some great people working here- I tried it and became a member. Attentive and well educated staff and I'm feeling the difference after only a month!

Josh really enjoys coming to D1. He walks in they know him now. The interaction between him n Coach Eric, and Coach Jaz are great!! The positive atmosphere helps him.

My son has been with D1 Training for about 2 weeks or so (he was very hesitant at first) been hooked ever since!
We are sure we will see some changes in his strength, agility and most of all his confidence.

The coaches are all very positive. I love how they mix things up in each session to keep up the interest in the kids.
(My son has been able to train with Coach Nicole and Coach Jaz)

Such a great vibe over all - give it a try!

So clean, professional, and overall friendly staff! Everyone I’ve encountered has been great! And they really care about you achieving your goals. So glad I found a gym home
