I just finished my second treatment and i’ve had nothing but positive experiences.

The staff is awesome, incredibly friendly!! I was nervous about a stigma coming in as a man getting my full legs done but that fear left as soon as I stepped thru the door. They seriously will take great care of you.

During treatment, they will occasionally ask how I’m doing and let me know that if I needed any breaks to just let them know.

Due to the nature of it, depending on where you get treatment done, they might have to reach places that are “up close and personal” but there was NEVER a moment i felt I wasn’t safe or uncomfortable.

Only overwhelmingly positive experiences!

I recently started laser hair removal after hating waxing. I was very nervous but the girls here are so so nice and welcoming. They really explain everything so you have no worries. Latonya has been doing my treatments and she is the best. I can’t recommend laser hair removal and this location enough. If i could give more than 5 stars i would.

The front desk is always so welcoming! They greet me by name. Everyone is incredibly professional.
The service was explained very clearly by Suzy and I felt like I was in great hands. The ease of appointments is great, very flexible. I’m so happy to soon be hair free. Give this business a call they will bend over backwards for you.

The ladies here at Milan Laser Orland Park are fab and very friendly. Their customer service was impeccable. This was my first time here. They made me feel right at home. Latonya attended to me, she was gentle and explained the process all through the treatment. She ensured I was comfortable during the treatment process.
